URL
Change you dynamic URL to static on the permalinks options. It is better to contain your keyword in your URL.
Robots.txt
Write a robots.txt file to block the repetitive content, you can write it just as follow:

301 redirection
Redirect your index URL to youname.com or www.yourname.com, keep one url for one page.
